Maintenance and care

In the conditions of a home aquarium, when kept together with fish, special feeding is not required, the shrimp filterer will receive everything necessary from the water. Large, carnivorous or very active fish should not be housed, as well as any cichlids, even smaller ones, they all pose a threat to the defenseless shrimp. The design should provide shelters where you can hide for the molting period.

Currently, the vast majority of filter feeder shrimp supplied to the retail network are caught from the wild. Breeding in an artificial environment is difficult.
