Mixed puppy feeding

Many owners are interested in whether mixed feeding of a puppy is possible, whether it will harm the health of the baby.

As a rule, mixed feeding of a puppy means a combination of dry food and natural products. So is it possible to mix feed a puppy?

If you feed your puppy dry food, his digestive system adjusts accordingly. And if more than 10% of meat is added to the diet, this can cause indigestion. Therefore, if you add meat to dry food, then it should not exceed 10% of the diet. For example, you can use it as a reward in the classroom.

Dry food manufacturers do not recommend adding natural products to the diet. This is also due to the fact that dry food (if, of course, they are of high quality) is balanced and complete. And if you add other products, this balance can be upset.

So mixed feeding a puppy (a combination of dry food and natural products, especially in one feeding) is undesirable.
