Lileopsis brazilian

The plant has a modest size (3-6 cm in height) and outwardly resembles an ordinary undersized grass growing on lawns. Stem absent, long narrow dark green The leaves grow straight from the rhizome. It is hard to the touch and when growing at the bottom (although the growth rate is very low) forms a kind of green “palisade” that can become a refuge for small fish. Due to its size it can be used in nano aquariums. Able to grow submerged in water, as well as in the humid environment of the paludarium.

Lileopsis brazilian is an unpretentious species and can grow successfully in various conditions, including in the shade of other plants. The introduction of fertilizers and the use of a carbon dioxide generator is not necessary. However, soft, slightly acidic water and a moderate level of lighting are considered optimal – this is the environment in which it grows in nature.
