Dachshund and beagle are friends forever

First, a dachshund appeared in our family, and then a beagle (a boy and … another boy).

The beagle was lost and showed up at the house at ten o’clock in the evening. Dachshund walked around the apartment and did not let the newcomer into the room – he guarded the territory. Beagle didn’t care – he immediately ran to the bowls, and then started something like a game.

The first night they slept badly – both dogs could not find a place for themselves. And then everything returned to normal. Now the dogs are doing great.

They eat in different places. Moreover, the beagle quickly eats his food and runs to the dachshund – then the dachshund starts to growl. And if the dachshund knows the measure, then the beagle is ready to eat endlessly.

On walks, the dachshund runs freely, and the beagle walks on a leash. If both run freely, it turns out funny: the beagle runs in circles, and the dachshund cuts off even to catch up with him.

The dachshund does not like strangers and dogs, and the beagle needs to say hello to everyone on a walk. And the dachshund is jealous, sometimes swears loudly. Sometimes the dachshund starts to bark, just seeing someone else’s dog, if he doesn’t like it, and then the beagle picks up: “everyone yells – and I yell.” It’s very funny to watch this.

They sleep together, sometimes in the same sunbed.
