If everyone is at work, then the task becomes more complicated. Toys can help, especially those that ride, ring and rustle, and a play complex. Or a second cat as a playmate. 

For those predators who are eager to hunt their mammoths at night, it’s a good idea to arrange a hunting session for a speck from a laser pointer or at least a bow on a string before going to bed. 15 minutes of intensive – and mice with hedgehogs will be forgotten. Until the next day, of course.

If you suspect that the cat is unwell, it must be taken to the veterinary clinic and examined. The doctor will prescribe the prescribed treatment, the pet will feel better, and he will stop roaming and whining at night.

The problems of those who are eager to continue their feline race are removed by sterilization and castration.

Assess the situation from a cat’s point of view. The beast shouts to you with all its behavior: master, I am here! I’m alive! Pay attention to me! So turn. Find, as with a naughty baby, a common language. Common interests. Maybe your pet loves more than anything in the world to sing songs on your lap, while being scratched behind the ear. Or race your son. Or maybe he is a circus performer at heart and can be taught to bring you a ball and walk on his hind legs.

Those who like to eat something at night can leave dry food in the bowl. Unless, of course, your pet is on any kind of diet.

Do not yell at the cat, punish with a slipper. Get the opposite of what you want. Contact will be broken with a cowardly pet, a vindictive one will start to dirty things, and an affectionate one will reconcile (such attention is better than none at all) and the behavior will not change.

Also, do not close the animal somewhere at night. From stress, screams will be louder, and character will be worse.
