The Singing Canary breed group includes breeds bred to improve the singing qualities of males. But the appearance of these birds is of secondary importance. A great many breeds of singing canaries have been bred. Consider some of the most famous of them.

Belgian song canary rather slender, but large yellow bird, sometimes other colors are also found. The song usually consists of 12 tribes. The bird makes some sounds with its beak closed.

German song canary usually sings with closed beak. The song is usually quiet, the voice is low. Permissible colors are yellow and mottled yellow. There are usually up to 10 knees in a song.

Russian singing canary (oatmeal canary) has a huge history, however, as a breed it has not yet been registered, since its main singing characteristics are usually acquired, i.e. birds are specially trained to sing. Outwardly, they are usually yellow, brown, other colors are allowed, except for red, tufts may be present. The main tours include silver and metal placers, as well as various variants of buntings, waders, tits, bluebells and rebounds.
