Singing budgerigars
Despite the fact that budgerigars do not produce such melodic and iridescent trills as, for example, kenars (male canaries), they have more than enough voice. Moreover, your bird can successfully copy some kind of melody or murmur of water and add them to his daily song.
The chirping of budgerigars is sometimes very similar to that of a sparrow, but the polyphony and the ability to switch to different styles during the bird’s “chatter” make their songs very funny and interesting. Hearing the chirping of birds somewhere outside the window or on TV, the wavy ones happily pick up and participate in the general cacophony of sounds.
Some owners specifically search the Internet for the chirping of budgerigars. Some – in order to understand: this sound is pleasant to their ear and whether they can endure such a tone every day for more than a dozen years. Others consider it right to leave the audio recording of bird voices turned on so that their feathered pet does not get bored in the absence of the owner.
The latter method is not the only way out. If you leave for a long time and often, then the best option would be to get a friend for your budgerigar. Even two birds will have a great time without you. Of course, it’s still worth reminding yourself at least sometimes (in addition to cleaning and feeding) so that the birds do not forget about your presence in their lives.
The trills of unfamiliar birds for a lone budgerigar can cause great stress and longing for fellows.
The behavior of a feathered one during listening and after can surprise you greatly: instead of a calm and cheerful parrot, in its place there will appear a nervous, rushing about and inviting relatives, a tousled ball of feathers.
But not all budgerigars react this way, some try to get as close as possible to the object of the sound and begin to sing in unison with the flock and actively nod their heads.
In any case, it is up to you to decide: how to entertain the fidget and what exactly will be useful and good for your particular parrot.

Singing and screaming entirely depend on the mood of the budgerigar or the desire to draw attention to itself.
So, in half-asleep or when they are calm, the birds make iridescent sounds, and when they are excited, they chirp and crackle more, if they are frightened, they “quack”. Parrots fill the pauses between their standard “talks” with learned phrases or parody the sounds around them.
Budgerigars are characterized by selectivity in the sounds they make: they have favorites for certain occasions.
The chirping of wavy people can interfere or get bored only if they are in the same room with them all day long. Although for lovers who constantly have a bird in their house, this is not a problem: they do not even notice this kind of noise, but if suddenly, after a long time of communication with fluff, the owners live without a parrot, the silence begins to “press” on the ears.
At such moments, people understand that it is impossible to live without the cheerful murmur of a feathered pet, and, after a while, the house is again filled with cheerful trills of waves.
