Portrait photos of cats and cats – cute and serious
Beautiful, graceful, agile cats are a delightful subject for photography. Best of all in portrait photos, their eyes are obtained – bright, sparkling, serious, perfectly reflecting the temperament of the animal. In order for a photo session with a cat to go “excellent”, you need to remember a few simple rules.
Rule one
For a photo shoot, it is better to choose a contrasting background so that the cat’s skin does not merge with it. Classic options: a black cat on red velvet, a white cat on black silk, a red cat against a background of green grass or blue sky.
Second Rule
The cat must be on the same level as the camera. So you either have to get down on the floor, or raise the cat higher so that its eyes are at the same height as the lens.
Third Rule
To get a beautiful portrait photo, you need to focus on the magnetic, bright eyes of the animal. Rustle a piece of paper or a candy wrapper, and the cat will turn its head in the right direction, and its pupils will expand.
Rule Four
A fluffy pet should always be in the spotlight, and vases with flowers, balls of thread, and other accessories should be relegated to the background. Make sure that there are no “cropped” paws, tails and ears in the photo.
The fifth rule
During the photo session, do not raise your voice, do not punish or intimidate the animal, because cats are immune to negative motivation. If something goes wrong, enlist the help of a loved one who can get the cat’s attention with a rustling candy wrapper or other toy while you operate the camera.
If you follow the simple rules for a photo session listed above, you will get beautiful portrait photos of your pets that will delight you and your loved ones.
