funny magpies
In our yard, two cheerful magpies somehow wound up. Apparently, their life was boring, and their indefatigable temperament demanded entertainment, and they decided, having united, to take the business of a variety of leisure into their own hands … wings … well, in general, do it on their own.
And they looked after the victim – a local Angora cat, which in the mornings went out through the first floor window to walk by itself. They waited until the cat came out onto the path or settled on the bench, and then the fun began. One of the forty cautiously sneaked up behind the cat and pulled its tail. The cat irritably turned to the offender, but at that time another magpie from the opposite side repeated the same trick. The cat turned around again … in general, you understand. The entertainment could last for a very long time, and from time to time the magpies began to laugh in a natural way, and after laughing, they again took it for a victim. Until the cat, completely exhausted, fled home in the most shameful way. It was a pity for the cat, but the magpies admired, and the sight was pretty amused. They had fun like this every morning, until the cat stopped appearing in the yard – either he gave up hopeless attempts to make a promenade, or moved somewhere. I don’t know what happened to the magpies. I didn’t see them in the yard again. Perhaps they moved to live in a nearby forest, or maybe they found a new victim somewhere.
