Exercise “Heart”
Instructions for execution:
The beginning of the exercise is with the “tail” of the heart. You must trot, easing into the correct diagonal, unless otherwise directed by the instructor.
Start on the right side of your arena, leaving room in front of the corner to turn.
At a trot, enter the corner of the arena and turn to cross it. Make sure you don’t cut!
Turn forward to the right.
When you reach the outer wall, go through the corner and turn diagonal again.
Get to the middle of the arena. Stop.
Make a right rear turn 270 degrees.
Go back to the wall and turn left.
Go around the corner and back onto the diagonal.
Exercise “Heart” can be turned into a figure in the shape of the letter “B”.
