Not demanding for registration. For the Efippigera Corydoras, soft sandy ground and a few shelters at the bottom are quite enough. As the latter, natural driftwood, thickets of living plants and other decor can be used.

When keeping, it is important to ensure a clean substrate and a stable hydrochemical composition of water in an acceptable temperature range. Achieving the desired stability is achieved by carrying out a series of mandatory aquarium maintenance procedures (water changes, cleaning the soil and decoration elements) and installing the necessary equipment. The minimum set consists of a filtration system, heating and lighting.

Food. Will accept most popular foods of the right size. It is advisable to purchase sinking foods so that the catfish does not have to rise to the surface to feed.

behavior and compatibility. Due to its peaceful disposition and ability to adapt to different habitats, Corydoras saddleback will fit in almost any community of freshwater fish. Provided that they are not aggressive and not too big.
