Belgium, Holland, 2009, 53 episodes (15 minutes each). 15-year-old Meryl Knight got a job in a stable owned by a local rich man. The girl beats the stalls and takes care of the horses, but her dream is to participate in competitions. At the back of the complex, she discovers a closed barn in which a white horse named Amika is locked up. Amica was once worth a fortune, but is now considered dangerous…

Wildfire / Wildfire

USA, 2005 – 2008, 52 episodes (45 minutes each). Chris Furillo is a difficult teenager. She visited the correctional center and finally got the opportunity to start all over again. Pablo, a local riding coach, is looking for her a job at the ranch owned by the Ritter family, because Chris has a talent for negotiating with horses. Once in a new environment, Chris goes through many tests. The Ritters do their best to help the girl, but they have a problem – the ranch is on the verge of bankruptcy. And only Chris, joining forces with a horse named Wild Fire, can help them.

Poly / Poly

France, 1961, 13 episodes (15 minutes each). Having witnessed the cruel treatment of a pony, the boy Pascal decided to organize an escape for the poor fellow. And all the children of the small town, imbued with sympathy for the little horse, began to help Pascal hide it from adults.

The Adventures of Black Beauty / The Adventures of Black Beauty

Great Britain, 1972 – 1974, 52 episodes (20 minutes each). The famous book by Anna Sewell served as the basis for the script of the series, but the plot is very different from her book. Unless the main character is also called Black Handsome. Dr. Gordon, along with his children, Vicky and Kevin, moves from London to the countryside. There they make acquaintance with a handsome black man, whom the owner, after the service rendered, gives to the Gordons. From this moment the adventure begins. Each series is a separate story, and these stories can be romantic, adventure or everyday, but always instructive. And, of course, they are connected with the relationship between people and animals. Separately, it is worth noting the amazing intro and music by Denis King.

 In the 1990s, a continuation of the series, The New Adventures of Black Beauty, was filmed, the action of which was moved to Australia. However, the continuation is much inferior to the first part, so it did not have the expected success with the public.

Saddle and bridle / The Saddle Club

Australia, Canada, 2003, 26 episodes (30 minutes each). Carol, Stevie and Lisa are very fond of horses and go horseback riding at the Pine Hollow base. Life would be great, but there are problems that need to be addressed. Will 12 year olds handle them?
