It has a second name – an 88-year-old butterfly, quite unusual! Lives in Central and South America. The name of the 88-year-old was due to the stripes on the wings – if you look closely, you can see the number 88. The same “numbering” is present in other species Dietria Clymene.
Such beautiful butterflies can be found on soils rich in minerals, or in rocky areas. Her diet includes rotten fruits, and the wingspan of such beauties is 35–40 mm. Unlike orchid bees, they can fly! Molly coquette is a toxic butterfly caterpillar that is widespread in the United States. It is hard to imagine that this seemingly cute insect can greatly harm a person, and one touch is enough. The coquette looks quite harmless, her appearance is not dangerous.
If you look at the coquette from afar, you can easily confuse it with a piece of fluff – by negligence you can touch it, and then unbearable pain awaits the person. It is quickly distributed throughout the body, so I want to call for help. The poison of the coquette is released through the spikes hidden in the hairs. By the way, this insect was present in Harry Potter – spells were cast on it.

Well, of course, the thought immediately comes to mind that since the insect is called that, then, probably, hunchback is characteristic of it. Is it so?
